SEASIDE - Equipped with identities of individuals who were on the infamous Lewis and Clark expedition, 3rd grade students from Hayhurst School, out of southwest Portland, flooded the Seaside Aquarium this morning.

In full expedition garb they toured the aquarium discovering much of the marine life that Lewis and Clark once wrote about in their journals, such as the Lewis Moon Snail, named of course after Meriwether Lewis, who collected the shells of this snail from the Columbia River during the Lewis and Clark expedition.
