Delays at Fall Creek BridgeTILLAMOOK - Motorists can expect 20-minute delays Thursday at the Fall Creek Bridge, 14 miles east of Tillamook.

The installation of the precast bridge girders will require stopping all traffic for up to 20 minutes to offload the delivery truck, said Oregon Department of Transportation engineers.

The project consists of installing a bridge over Fall Creek, repositioning the stream bed channel and removing the overflow culvert. A temporary signal will be in operation and engineers suggest that drivers consider an alternate route.

Motorists can log on to www.tripcheck.com or call (800) 977-ODOT for traffic information.
