Clatsop Community College offers flagger certification training through the Evergreen Safety Council, which meets Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana requirements.

This one-day training is 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday at the college’s main campus, 1651 Lexington Ave. in Astoria.
