Trespassing and harassment arrests
At 3:50 p.m. Tuesday, Astoria Police received a report from the Triangle Tavern. Staff reported a man kept coming inside and won’t leave when asked. Officers arrived and arrested Jose Noe Gonzalez Lemus, 46, for second-degree criminal trespassing. He was booked into the Clatsop County Jail.
At 11:51 p.m. Tuesday, Gonzalez Lemus was again arrested by Astoria Police. This time, for harassment at Sixth Street and Commercial Street.
Missing child found
At 4:36 p.m. Tuesday, Astoria Police responded to a report from 45th and Cedar Avenue in Alderbrook of a missing 3-year-old child. The child had been picking blackberries with his grandmother and disappeared. Officers responded and after a search of the area, located the boy at home. An uncle had seen him at the park and taken him home without telling the grandmother.
At 10:26 p.m. Tuesday, Clatsop County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Trevin J. Morgan, 19, for driving under the influence of intoxicants on Old Highway 30. Morgan was booked into the Clatsop County Jail.
