Reckless endangering

At 8:56 p.m. Tuesday, the Cannon Beach Police Department took 63-year-old Carol J. Humphrey, from Livingston, Texas, into custody for reckless endangering and disorderly conduct.

She was arrested at Cannon Beach’s Sea Ranch RV Park at 415 Fir St. and transported to the Clatsop County Jail.


At 12:05 a.m. Wednesday, Cody Q. Kemph, 23, from Walla Walla, Wash., was cited by Cannon Beach Police Department for driving under the influence of intoxicants, failure to maintain lane and refusal to take a breath test.

The stop occurred at Camp Rilea on U.S. Highway 101. Kemph was taken to the Seaside Police Department for booking and processing, then released shortly before 3 a.m.

At 11:04 p.m. Friday, Oregon State Police responded to a report of a single vehicle crash into a utility pole with an associated brush fire on Highway 202. At SE Wall Street, police found David Allen Samuelson, 57, of Seaside. They determined Samuelson to be impaired and arrested him. Two hours later he was given a blood alcohol test and registered at .04, according to OSP. Samuelson was booked into the Clatsop County Jail for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.
