Roadwork puts Warrenton street off limits for parking

The area affected by the parking interruption 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. through Friday.

WARRENTON — There is no parking on Southwest Main Court in Warrenton from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. through Friday. Between Southwest Second Street and Southwest Third Street is emergency access only and Southwest Third Street to Southwest Fourth Street has limited access. Road crews are working to replace that section of road from the rock-basement, up. Public Works secretary Nancy Claterbos said it would be hazardous to have a car parked there and Warrenton Police Chief Mathew Workman said any vehicle parked on either street will be towed.
