Warrenton’s GB Jewelers wins ‘Cool’ national award

Jim and Tim Gannaway's store in Warrenton is featured in a jewelry trade magazine.

WARRENTON — A trade magazine for independent jewelers has named Warrenton’s GB Jewelers one of their “Coolest Stores in America.” The locally owned jewelry store is featured in the November INSTORE magazine

This nationwide contest highlights the independent jewelers in North America. They are judged by a panel of retail experts on the basis of business practices, history, online presence, interior decor and curb appeal.

“Every year, we feel privileged to bring our readers the best of the best in our industry,” said Ralf Kircher, INSTORE’s executive editor.

The Warrenton store is the of seven years of planning and local craftsmanship. It is located at 675 S.E. Marlin Ave., Suite 1, just south of Fred Meyer. Owners Tim and Jim Gannaway are known for their jewelry designs and customer service, the article says. Read more at http://bit.ly/1KWxYJq

Top INSTORE winners in two divisions, split by the number of full-time employees, are given trophies and featured in the August issue. Honorable mention winners are featured as monthly Cool Stores from September 2015 to June.
