A memorial will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 27 at the Pioneer Presbyterian Church, 33324 Patriot Way in Warrenton, for Gilbert L. "Gib" Marxen, 89, of Astoria, who died Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010, in Astoria. Following the memorial, a coffee hour has been added and will take place at 2 p.m. at Clatsop Retirement Village, 947 Olney Ave.
