Nehalem Telecommunications

is the recipient of the Satisfaction Development Systems Chairman's Award for 2003. The award is presented to the company with the highest overall satisfaction rating for 2003. NTI achieved a 97 percent rating average, with 65 percent of those surveyed rating NTI "excellent" and 32 percent rating NTI services as "good." SDS is an independent survey company that works with over 150 companies in industries such as telecommunications, public utilities and retail to determine customer satisfaction levels.

"We are proud to receive this award and to be recognized for our attention to customer service," said NTI Operations Manager Steve Harper. "We are very fortunate to have employees that pay attention to the needs of the customer. I have personally witnessed many examples of our staff going above and beyond their duty in order to take care of individuals in this community. Even though our business is becoming more hi-tech, we never want to lose our familiarity with our customers."
