Gladys Storm, 85, of Beaverton and Nehalem, died Friday, April 23, 2010, in Portland.

She was born May 14, 2010, in Alberta, Canada.

She married Verlin "Snuffy" Storm. He survives, residing in Nehalem.

Mrs. Storm was a lab technician for 30 years. She also loved working at Nehalem Grade School.

She was a member of the Catholic Church.

Family members said she loved gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Sandy Jewett of Beaverton and Sandra Israel Kirlin and her husband, Mike Kirlin, of Hillsboro; four grandchildren, Allyson and Madison Geier of Astoria, and Adam and Kristi Israel of Seaside; and a great-grandson, Kane Israel of Seaside.

She was preceded in death by a son, David Likin.

A private service will be held Thursday in Canby.
