Marilyn "Molly" Baumann, 71, of Warrenton, died Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2008, in Salem.

She was born Dec. 14, 1937, in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

She married William Baumann Jr. He preceded her in death.

Mrs. Baumann was the owner/bartender of the Club Restaurant in Warrenton.

Family members said she enjoyed good music, good food, spending time with her friends, watching the ships pass by at the Hammond Mooring Basin and storm-watching. While in Salem, she enjoyed visiting friends at the South Salem Senior Center.

She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Bill Baumann III of Astoria and Rick and Tammy Baumann of Salem; two daughters and a son-in-law, Laura Baumann of Astoria and June and Bob Bork of Warrenton; and eight grandchildren, Will Baumann, Daniel Biddle and Caitlin Kim, all of Astoria, Casey and Cody Schofield and Janessa Bork of Warrenton and Brian and Richey Baumann of Salem.

A memorial will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Hughes-Ransom Cremation & Mortuaries Chapel in Astoria.
