DUII arrests? At 6:38 p.m. Friday, Warrenton police responded to a report of a man walking in traffic and waving his arms on the 1900 block of Northwest Warrenton Drive. Police arrested Fred Kelly, 42, of 1416 S.E. 12th Place, Warrenton, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, hit and run and no valid drivers license. His vehicle was towed.

? At 11:21 a.m. Saturday, Astoria police arrested Roy Cecil Brown, 63, of Rainier, for DUII after responding to a one-vehicle crash on the 1800 block of Southeast Front Street at Tide Point. Brown's vehicle was towed and he was taken to the county jail, where he was cited and released.

Burglary and theft arrests? At 2:01 p.m. Saturday, Warrenton police responded to Rite Aid, 145 S. Highway 101 in Youngs Bay Plaza, where a store employee had an accused shoplifter in custody. Police arrested Staci Danelle Anderson, 37, of Longview, Wash., for second-degree theft and lodged her at Clatsop County Jail. She posted bail and was released at 11:15 p.m.

? At 10:57 a.m. Sunday, a resident of the 90100 block of Lewis and Clark Road came home and found holes in the walls of the house. A Clatsop County Sheriff's deputy arrested Dale Ronald Larson, 21, of the same address, for first-degree burglary and criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged at the county jail.

Motor vehicle accident? At 8:43 p.m. Friday, the Cannon Beach Rural Fire Protection department responded to a two-car accident on U.S. Highway 101 at LeechRoad near Arch Cape. Two people were transported to Providence Seaside Hospital by Medix ambulance. The Oregon State Police assisted.
