DUII arrests? At 1:12 a.m. Saturday, a Clatsop County Sheriff's deputy arrested Nickolas Logan, 39, of 35565 Little Walluski Lane, Astoria, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, fourth-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, harassment, menacing and strangulation. The arrest came after a deputy responded to a report that a man was banging on the door of a residence on the 91100 block of Old Mill Town Road, harassing a woman who lives there.

? At 5:13 p.m. Saturday, a deputy arrested Janet Lynn Abston, 51, of Crescent City, Calif., for DUII, after a report that her vehicle hit a support beam at the Windjammer Motel, 4253 Highway 101 North in Gearhart. She was taken to the county jail, where she was given a conditional release two hours later.

Burglary and thefts? At 10:03 a.m. Friday, Warrenton police began investigating an incident of first-degree theft at Wauna Federal Credit Union in Youngs Bay Plaza.

? At 1:25 p.m. Friday, a break-in that happened sometime in the preceding two weeks was discovered at the Arch Cape Service District wastewater management office, 32079 E. Shingle Mill Lane. The front door had been forced open and a big screen television was missing. The Clatsop County Sheriff's Office is investigating.

? At 7:10 p.m. Saturday, a resident of the first block of Southeast 10th Place in Warrenton reported his brown Ford pickup was missing from his driveway. He said the keys might have been on the dashboard. Warrenton police located the truck in the surf about three miles north of the Peter Iredale and notified the owner, who arranged to retrieve his belongings during low tide.

? At 9:43 a.m. Sunday, a resident of the 5300 block of Birch St. told Astoria police a visitor had stolen a camera from the house a week ago. Police contacted the suspect and the camera was returned to its owner.

Criminal mistreatment? At 11:06 p.m. Friday, Warrenton police arrested Shannon Allison Zinzer, 34, of Hammond, for first-degree criminal mistreatment and strangulation, after responding to a disturbance on the 400 block of Northwest Ridge Road in Hammond. She was lodged at Clatsop County Jail.

Assault arrests? At 8:28 p.m. Sunday, a woman reported that a man had assaulted her roommate and was outside their residence on the 4200 block of Commercial Street trying to get in. She said he had a taser and had broken out a window. Astoria police arrested Jon Adam Calzada, 25, of the Commercial Street address and Amber Leanne Wilson, 24, also of Astoria, for fourth-degree domestic assault. Wilson was also charged with strangulation. Both were lodged at the county jail. Medix Ambulance was called to treat the victim.

? At 3:59 a.m. Sunday, Seaside police responded to a report of an assault at a residence in the 1000 block of Queen Street. They arrested Jason Alsbury, 33, of Seaside and transported him to the Clatsop County jail. The report was sent to the county district attorney.

Seaside accident? At 7:45 a.m. Monday, Seaside Fire Department paramedics responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Avenue S and South Downing Street. No injuries were reported.
