Criminal mistreatment? At 3:50 p.m. Wednesday, Warrenton police arrested Timothy Ralph Eichelberger, 31, of 265 S.W. Cedar Ave., Warrenton, for first-degree criminal mistreatment in connection with an incident reported on Nov. 4, 2009. He was lodged at Clatsop County Jail.
