Disturbance• At 11:33 a.m. Friday, Astoria police cited and released Larry David Zanavich, 52, of Astoria, for third-degree criminal mischief, after responding to a disturbance between a man and a woman outside the Department of Motor Vehicles office at 705 W. Marine Drive.

Suspicious circumstances• At 3:19 p.m. Friday, a woman told Astoria police a tall man with a pony-tail pepper-sprayed her dog as she walked it on the Riverwalk. She said a friend told her the same thing had happened to another woman's dog. She asked for additional patrols on the Riverwalk.

• At 3:45 a.m. Saturday, a resident of the Astor Hotel apartments complained to Astoria police that a neighbor would not stop spraying him with pepper spray. Police were unable to locate the reporting person.

• At 7:23 a.m. Saturday, Astoria police got a report that a picnic table and bench at the park at Sixth Street and Niagara Avenue had been dismantled overnight.

DUII arrestsAt 11:10 p.m. Friday, Warrenton police arrested Gary Lee Reichter, 59, of 90504 U.S. Highway 101, Warrenton, for driving under the influence of intoxicants on Perkins Road at Highway 101. He was also charged with driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released at Clatsop County Jail.

• At 8:36 p.m. Saturday, Warrenton police arrested Kevin Joe Horsley, 43, address unknown, for DUII on U.S. Highway 101 at Southeast Dolphin Road. He was also arrested on an outstanding warrant from Newport. He was lodged at Clatsop County Jail.

• At 12:56 a.m. today, Astoria police arrested Janet L. Clendenin, 38, of 37428 Labiske Lane, Astoria, for DUII in the 200 block of West Marine Drive. She was cited and released, and then taken to Columbia Memorial Hospital.

• At 1:53 a.m. today, Astoria police arrested Eric Joseph Funk, 41, of 91911 Akerstedt Road, Astoria, for DUII at 47th Street and Lief Erickson Drive. He was cited and released at Clatsop County Jail.

• At 11:26 p.m. Friday, Seaside police arrested Scott Allan Raudonis, 51, of Portland, for DUII at Avenue I and Roosevelt Drive, Seaside.

• At 2:30 a.m. Saturday, Seaside police arrested Michael Joseph Beaudry, 22, of Vancouver, Wash., for DUII at North Columbia Street and First Avenue, Seaside.

• At 2:44 a.m. Saturday, Seaside police arrested Regina Marie Robertson, 31, of Camas, Wash., for DUII at South Holladay Drive and Avenue C, Seaside.

Thefts• At 6:10 p.m. Saturday, a man reported the theft of $150 from his wallet earlier that day at a business in Warrenton. A Clatsop County Sheriff's deputy is investigating.

• At 1:57 p.m. Saturday, Seaside police reported a watch stolen from a resident of Necanicum Village at 2500 S. Roosevelt Drive.

• At 9:23 a.m. Sunday, Seaside police reported an unknown person entered an unsecured vehicle at Avenue K and South Downing Street and stole two speakers and an amplifier.

Criminal mischief• At 2:25 p.m. Thursday, Seaside police reported a window was broken at 816 N. Holladay Drive, causing $250 in damage.
