Oregonians are remembering Mark Hatfield.  The iconic Republican political leader died Sunday night. Hatfield was 89.

Over a 46-year career, he served as governor and was elected to the U.S. Senate for five terms, before retiring in 1995.

The Oregon Historical Society invited members of the public to express their condolences. OPB intern Evan Sernoffsky caught up with some of those who were there.
