Decision might not be made until this afternoonLONGVIEW, Wash. - The Lewis and Clark Bridge at Longview, Wash. is scheduled to close tonight for the entire weekend, but rainy weather could postpone the closure.

The bridge is set to be shut down from 11 tonight to 5:30 a.m. Monday. But the planned work - pouring concrete on the north and south ends of the bridge - is dependent on good weather and may be delayed if rain continues, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation. If postponed, the weekend closure could take place April 30-May 3.

As of this morning, the WSDOT information line and Web site stated that the closure is still scheduled, but the agency indicated that a final decision may not come until this afternoon. For the latest information, call the project hotline at (866) 427-4630 or go to the Web site at (www.wsdot.wa.gov/projects/lewisclarkbridge)

A second full weekend closure is scheduled for April 23-26 but is also weather-dependent.
