SEASIDE - The Seaside Planning Commission met Tuesday and made the following decisions:

• Approved a conditional use request by James Rogers for an outdoor amusement activity (rock-climbing) in a general commercial zone at 407 S. Holladay Drive, provided conditions for security and unobtrusive exterior lighting are met.

• Approved a conditional use request by the Seaside Museum and Historical Society for the expansion of the museum located at 570 Necanicum Drive. The proposed expansion will add approximately 800 square feet of storage area to the museum. The use is classified as a public facility within the high-density residential zone.

• Approved the site plan for construction of a 40-foot-by-60-foot warehouse in the Clatsop Industrial Park, 1570 Lewis and Clark Road, with the conditions that detailed plans for site elevations, parking and site obscuring fencing be included with submittal of the plan review.

• Approved a site plan for the development of a 960-square-foot accessory building at 2131 Aldercrest to accommodate the resident's motorhome.
