The public is invited to "Rod Remembers: A Journey in Faith," which will be presented by Rod Miller at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the church parlor, located in the Fellowship Hall at 11th Street and Harrison Avenue. There is no cost for this event, and refreshments will be served.

A church member for more than 60 years, Miller has held many positions and responsibilities at Astoria's First Presbyterian Church. He will speak about the history of the church, his personal life and how the two have been intertwined.

Miller has lived in Astoria all of his life and had a general dentistry practice for 40 years. He is retired and remains active at First Presbyterian and in the community.

"Rod Remembers" is part of a series titled, "Share Your Passion," where individuals from First Presbyterian voluntarily offer a short program on any skill, expertise or passion they wish to share.
