Storyteller Peter Donaldson, brings his one-man touring show, "Salmonpeople," to the Liberty Theater at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. The one-man show blends character insight, economics and ecology, history and freehand cartography. At one point he draws the entire map of the bioregion, naming 100 rivers, from memory.

He will be partnering with selected community groups and local schools up and down the Oregon Coast to explore ways to advance the principles and practices of sustainable prosperity. Opportunities include high school seminars, student project design workshops and community presentations on success stories from sustainable cities.

Donaldson also tours North America every spring with his other one-man show, "The Life and Times of Leonardo da Vinci." For information, go to www.peterdonaldson.net

Tickets for "Salmonpeople" cost $18, $10 for youth and seniors and $12 with an educator discount. For ticket information, call the Liberty Theater at 325-5922.
