SEASIDE - The Seaside Planning Commission met Tuesday. Action included approval of a conditional use permit to allow parking lot construction in conjunction with office space developement at the corner of 12th Street and Roosevelt Drive.

The commission also approved expansion to an existing non-conforming residential structure at 311 Fifth Ave. The owner will remodel the home after a fire destroyed the interior and will add a second story for bedrooms.
