Serenity by the Sea will provide low-cost treatment for three stages of treatment, 30, 60 and 90 days in a 30-bed, intensive, inpatient treatment center, accredited with the state. Aftercare and follow-up programs will be offered for two years following treatment.

Located at 263 W. Exchange St. in the old Crestview Care Center, the complex has been remodeled.
