A memorial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 13 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 120 Ocean Way in Seaside, with a reception to follow in the parish center, for Carol Ann Kvasnak Smith, 70, of Seaside, who died Friday, Feb. 5, 2010, in Portland.
