Generous amounts of free parking is available next to the show site and there are plenty of great snack food shops and full service restaurants within easy walking distance of the show.

Nearly 200 entries of pure breeds of cats and household pets will be competing in four show rings each day of the show's run. The Sunkat Fancy received help from two show ring sponsors: Columbia Veterinary Hospital in Astoria, Oregon and Royal Canin Pet Foods. The show also receives wonderful support from all of the businesses belonging to the Seaside Downtown Development Association, and the Astoria/Warrenton, Oregon Chamber of Commerce.

The public is invited to participate in the Sunkat's silent auctions and special raffles. The 100th person visiting each day of the show receives a special gift, and there will be a door prize drawing held on both days for everyone visiting the show's neat and cool-looking cats and kittens.
