SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING CLINIC

This clinic is designed for 1st – 12th graders who are comfortable in deep water for long periods of time as well as being able to swim. Learn the basics of figures and then see how the figures are put into choreographed routines with a performance before a live audience! Girls, you will have your hair done in Knox gelatin so your hair will look slick and gelled in the water and put on make-up. Boys won’t have their hair Knoxed or wear make-up. Bring your swimsuit, 3 towels, hair tie & snacks.

SUMMER CAMP

The creative and enthusiastic camp staff selected some exciting Summer Camp themes for 2012! Camp days will be full of fun and messy projects, games, swimming, outdoor adventures and more! Camps will be divided by age groups for the proper level of supervision and activity. Bring swimsuit & towel. Lunch is provided by Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church. Scholarships are available.

For ages 6 – 12 yrs.

KINDER CAMP

Keep your child’s mind growing in the summer with an extension of our preschool. Your child will be prepared for preschool, kindergarten, or 1st grade by engaging in fun learning activities all summer. Lunch is provided by Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church.

PEE WEE SOCCER

A Start Smart Soccer Program prepares children for organized soccer in a fun, non-threatening environment. This class teaches children and parents a variety of soccer skills including: dribbling, kicking, passing, trapping, throw-ins and agility.

RESTORATIVE YOGA and GUIDED MEDITATION

Restore and nourish your body and mind to your own natural state of ease. In each pose, your body is completely supported with blankets, bolsters and even an eye pillow! In each pose your heart and mind are also completely supported with a gentle, deeply relaxing guided meditation. Restorative Yoga is a profound reminder of the refuge of well-being and wisdom we all carry. Of course, drop-ins are always welcome! Led by Kerry Grasee. YOGA AS “MEDICINE”

The healing power of Yoga encompasses mind, body and spirit. Its power to transform is most evident when the “medicine” is allowed to build in the practitioner’s system. Restoring our being to its natural state of balance. Each month long series is created for just this purpose. We will focus on a variety of health concerns, from back pain to anxiety and depression. Using strengthening, stretching and restorative poses to gently bring the mind/body back to our innate state of well-being. Of course, drop- ins are always welcome! Led by Kerry Grasee.
