Registration for term-length classes at Clatsop Community College continues through Oct. 10 at the main campus, 1653 Jerome Ave. The Registrar's office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with extra hours today until 7 p.m.

There is still time to sign up for open enrollment maritime, automotive and welding classes at the MERTS campus. People can register for these classes at any time during the term. A number of classes are offered daytime and evening.

Fall term class schedules are available on campus and at other locations such as public libraries, and can be accessed on the Web site, (www.clatsopcc.edu)

Art classes include calligraphy, ceramics, mosaic and multimedia, painting, printmaking and sculpture. Business classes include accounting, income tax, payroll, business management, marketing, business math and communications.

Other topics include conversational Spanish, criminal justice, early childhood education, English literature and physical education.

The Small Business Development Center at the CCC South County Campus, 1761 N. Holladay, Seaside, offers help on starting or improving a small business. Its Web site is (www.clatsopcc.edu/bizcenter)
