TILLAMOOK - The Northwest Area Commission on Transportation meets at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Tillamook County Transit District, 3600 Third Street in Tillamook.

This month, the commission will hear an update on Oregon Department of Transportation emergency repairs, review goals and discuss recommending any changes for the Oregon Department of Transportation's 2006-2009 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program.

The program is ODOT's four-year construction plan for transportation projects statewide, which is revised every two years.
