Angeline Rae “Angie” Krueger, 62, of Seaside, died Friday, Aug. 26, 2011, in Seaside.

She was born Oct. 13, 1948, in Grand Forks, N.D., to Leo Ray and Alice Woznick Blocker.

She was raised in Portland, where she was educated through high school.

Ms. Krueger was a homemaker most of her life. She came to Seaside from Portland in January 2010.

Family members said her hobbies and interests included camping, visiting the beach, family barbecues and rock painting.

She is survived by her companion since May 1988, Joe Cote, of Seaside; three daughters, Ranee Krueger of Seaside, Kari Krueger of Vancouver, Wash., and Janelle Krueger of Hoopa, Calif.; two sisters, Linda Peterson of Port Falls, Idaho, and Lilly Joliffe of Houston; and four brothers, Leo Blocker of Portland, Larry Zevik of Des Plaines, Ill., George Zevik of Houston and Fred Zevik of Belvedere, Ill.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Marvin Blocker.

A private memorial gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date.

Ocean View Cremation & Burial Service of Astoria is in charge of the arrangements.
