Delores May Patten

Local resident, 61Delores May Patten, 61, of Otis, died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2004 in Lincoln City.

Mrs. Patten was born Dec. 27, 1942 in Sioux City, Iowa, to Everett and Eva May (O'Reilly) Ferdig. She lived in Otis, Naselle, Wash., and Rosburg, Wash., during the last four years.

She enjoyed fishing, camping, playing bingo and painting with oils and watercolors.

Mrs. Patten is survived by her husband, Larry Patten of Naselle; two sons, Robert W. Patten of Hawaii and Everett J. Patten of Dallas, Ore.; a daughter, Sherry Johnson of Naselle; three brothers, Everett Ferdig of Otis, Jimmy Ferdig of Longview, Wash., and Billy Ferdig of Skamokawa, Wash.; four sisters, Edith Lopez and Esther Leda, both of Portland, Kathy Bennett of Kentucky, and Rose Funk of Lebanon; 16 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Dowling Funeral Home, 45 Broadway, Cathlamet, Wash.

Interment will be held at Peaceful Hill Cemetery in Naselle, Wash.
