Recently my mom and I had a girls’ day out. We did some shopping and went somewhere for a little snack. Being a vegetarian myself (actually, I qualify myself as being between a vegetarian and a vegan), I found it extremely difficult finding somewhere to eat. I was getting very frustrated.

Personally, if I had the money, I would start my own little place. From that day, all I could see is one place here in town that I (and other vegetarians) would be able to eat at. What does that say? Vegetarian and vegan food is good if people would be more open-minded, and just give it a chance. I have been one for more than a year, and have not missed meat even once. Healthier, too.

Hopefully someone else can start up another place for all of us here in town. More choices, and all.
