The choice seems narrowed: State Rep. Jason Conger vs. Dr. Monica Wehby. For a voter who values life and traditional marriage, Conger is my choice. Why? Rep. Conger is pro-life and opposes homosexual marriage.

Though running as a Republican, Wehby admits she’s pro-choice and pro homosexual marriage, and though she speaks against Obamacare, she supports  another version of national health care. These stands blatantly opposed the Republican platform.

If Republican office holders do not uphold virtues of pro-life and traditional marriage, they contribute to an uncivilized culture.

I’m hoping Jason Conger emerges the candidate to face Sen. Merkley.
