TILLAMOOK - The Astoria baseball team equaled last year's school record of 18 straight wins, with a five-inning, 21-2 Cowapa League win at Tillamook Monday afternoon.

Jordan Poyer was the hitting star for Astoria, as he went 3-for-3 with two home runs and eight RBIs. Joey Dursse belted his first homer of the season for Astoria, which has had 10 different players hit home runs this season.

Nick Bredleau picked up the win, allowing four hits with two strikeouts.
