MILWAUKIE — La Salle broke open a scoreless game with two runs in the second inning, then tacked on six more in the third on its way to an 11-1 win over Seaside Saturday, in a nonleague baseball game.

The Falcons had six hits and drew 13 walks in the win, led by Austin Vaughan, who went 2-for-2 with two runs scored and three RBI’s.

La Salle’s Michael Duarte picked up the win on the mound, as he pitched four innings and gave up three hits with five strikeouts and three walks. Trey Norton pitched the fifth inning for the Falcons.
