SEASIDE — After a disappointing 9-8 loss at Yamhill-Carlton Friday, the Seaside baseball team scored a measure of revenge Monday at Broadway Field with a 14-1 win over the Tigers.

Seaside pitcher Aaron Tadei pitched all five innings for the Gulls, allowing just two hits with four strikeouts and a walk.

Tadei also had a two-run double at the plate, while Zach Quicke went 3-for-3 with three RBI’s and two runs scored; and Nick Richardson had two hits, drove in three runs, and scored twice with a double.

Seaside snapped an eight-game losing streak with the win, and will host Tillamook Wednesday.
