KNAPPA — Knappa rolled up a season-high in points scored Saturday night, as the Loggers crushed Neah-Kah-Nie 84-62 in a Northwest League boys basketball game.

The Loggers are now just one game out of first place at 5-3, with Gaston and Riverdale (both 6-2) tied for the top spot.

Austin Palek was the game’s top scorer with 28 points. Chandler Emken added 17 and Kyle Kelly scored 16 for the Loggers, who have six days off before playing at Portland Christian.
