RAINIER, Wash. - Naselle jumped back on the winning track with an easy 46-8 win at Northwest Christian Friday night in Pacific 2B League football.

The Comets built a quick 18-0 lead, following Austin Burkhalter's 10-yard scoring pass to Nathan Carlson, a 32-yard interception return for Jason Gradt, and an 8-yard run by Nick Hines.

Tony Fletcher scored two touchdowns in the second quarter on a 5-yard run and a 61-yard TD reception from Kyle Burkhalter.

Hines and Carlson both had second-half touchdowns as the Comets ran away with the game, helping Naselle improve to 4-1 overall, 2-1 in league.

Hines rushed for 106 yards on 14 carries, and Fletcher added 93 yards on nine attempts.

The Burkhalters combined to complete 6-of-11 passes for 112 yards.
