PORTLAND — Mike Graham of Gearhart and Peter Roscoe of Astoria were on the winning team at the 10th Annual Youth Villages (YV) Oregon Cup Pro Am golf tournament, held Sept. 9 at Columbia Edgewater Country Club in Portland.

Other members of the winning team included professional golfer Mark Keating of Meriwether National Golf Club in Hillsboro, John Pyle of Portland and Richie Schroder of Portland.

The YV Oregon Cup is the only Pro Am golf tournament sponsored by the Oregon PGA benefiting a nonprofit organization. Eighty golfers participated in this year’s tournament.

Proceeds from the YV Oregon Cup will benefit Youth Villages Oregon, a private nonprofit organization that helps emotionally and behaviorally troubled children and their families live successfully by providing residential treatment and intensive in-home services.

“This year’s YV Oregon Cup was a huge success,” said Lynne Saxton, executive director of Youth Villages Oregon. “We had a great turnout, and we’re very thankful for the many golfers, golf clubs, companies and foundations that have supported Youth Villages Oregon over the past 10 years. Their support allows us to continue to help some of Oregon’s most vulnerable children and families live successfully.”
