STEVENSON, Wash. - The Ilwaco baseball team had a busy Friday, as the Fishermen finished off a previously suspended game at Castle Rock, then traveled to Stevenson for a doubleheader.

The Fishermen lost their morning contest to Castle Rock 9-6. The Rockets scored five runs in the fifth inning, where the two teams had left off in Tuesday's game.

Ilwaco bounced back with a 12-0 win in Game 1 at Stevenson. Anthony Wirkkala went the distance on the mound, finishing with 12 strikeouts in the complete-game shutout.

Stevenson won the nightcap 2-1, scoring both runs in the sixth inning.
