ILWACO, Wash. - The annual K&K Wrestling Camp is scheduled for June 25 to 29 at Ilwaco High School.

Clinicians have joined some of the Pacific Northwest's high school and college coaches to present a week of technique, competition and fun.

Three meals and lodging are included in the cost of the overnight camp.

The camp at Ilwaco High School offers technique sessions before and after lunch. Competitive sessions during afternoon and evening sessions will take place. Teams and individuals, ages 8 to 18, from beginner to the most advanced wrestler are welcome.

This camp will be highlighted by the takedown tournament at the end of camp.

This year's clinicians include:

• Dan Gable (NCAA champion, world champion, Olympic champion, coached Iowa to 15 NCAA titles);

• Bob Freund (head coach at Kelso High School, Washington State Class 3A Coach of the Year, NAIA All-American);

• Mike Duroe (2006 U.S.A. Freestyle World team coach, head coach at Cornell College in Iowa).

Needs for Ilwaco Camp: Tent (optional - participants can sleep inside or outside), sleeping bag and pillow, towels and toilet articles, workout gear and wrestling shoes, casual clothing, jacket, swimming suit and spending money for snacks.

Cost for the camp is $219 (postmarked before June 2) or $175 for the commuter rate (includes lunch and dinner).
