JEWELL — Big games for Justyce Tabor and Randi Harhart sparked the Jewell girls basketball team to a 42-35 win over C.S. Lewis Tuesday night at home.

Lana Friedrich led all scorers with 25 points for C.S. Lewis, but Tabor scored 22 and Harhart added 12 for the Bluejays, who improve to 5-4 in league play.

Tabor also pulled down 16 rebounds to go with four blocks and three steals, while Harhart had seven rebounds, five assists and four blocks.

“All the girls played well tonight,” said Jewell coach Mark Fick, who also coached the Jewell boys to a victory.

Jewell outscored C.S. Lewis in every quarter but the fourth, as the Jays built a solid 33-20 lead going into the final period.
