CLATSKANIE — The Clatskanie Tigers only had four players in the scoring column Friday night, but those four were enough to defeat the Warrenton Warriors, 53-40, in a key Lewis & Clark League girls basketball game.

Clatskanie freshman Shelby Blodgett scored 31 points, freshman Olivia Sprague added 18, while Macy Simmons and freshman Alexis Smith tacked on two points apiece for the No. 5-ranked Tigers, who built a 27-16 halftime lead.

Tyla Little scored 12 points for the Warriors, who outscored the Tigers 11-10 in the third quarter.

Claire Bussert added 11 points and Fernanda Alvarez scored eight for the Warriors, who play three of their next five games on the road.
