The Gulls had 16 shots on goal to five for Scappoose, which trailed 1-0 seven minutes into the contest when the Indians fouled Seaside's Lujac DeSautel in the penalty area, and Christian Ortiz scored on the penalty kick.

Meyer scored from the right side in the 31st minute for a 2-0 halftime lead.

Meyer scored from the left side of the penalty area in the 50th minute, and Cole Willyard capped the scoring in the 63rd minute, as he pounced and scored on a rebound following a Henry Broderick direct kick.
