CLATSKANIE — Astoria bounced back from a tough loss the day before with a resounding 20-1 win at Clatskanie Tuesday, in a nonleague softball game.

The Lady Fishermen held a slim 2-1 lead after three innings, before breaking it open with 12 runs in the top of the fourth. Astoria tacked on six insurance runs in the fifth.

Libby Di Bartolomeo went the distance on the mound for Astoria, allowing just three hits with two walks and two strikeouts.

The Fishermen had 12 hits, including three singles for Taylor Mickle. Noelle Lund had a double and a single, as did Mykka Abrahams.

Astoria is scheduled to play at Ilwaco Thursday.
