ROCKAWAY BEACH - The Warrenton softball had one of its most productive days of the season Tuesday at Neah-Kah-Nie, as the Warriors rang up an 11-0, 13-2 doubleheader sweep over the Pirates.

Both games lasted just five innings.

Chelsea Neahring threw a two-hit shutout in the opener, finishing with nine strikeouts and five walks.

Bryona Blacksten had a stand-up triple in the third inning for the Warriors, who led 8-0 after two innings.

In Game 2, Warrenton scored all 13 runs in the third inning, taking advantage of five hits and three Pirate errors.

Ashley Poole had two doubles and Blacksten went 2-for-3 for the Warriors.

Freshman Brooklyn Campbell got the start on the mound, and went the distance, allowing just two hits with five strikeouts and five walks.
