Warrenton's Brian Bruney picked up his second win in less than a week for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees, who defeated Rochester 5-4 Sunday in an International League contest.

With Rochester holding a 2-1 lead, Bruney replaced starter Steven White to begin the eighth inning, and retired three straight batters on two grounders and a fly-out.

Scranton scored three runs in the bottom of the eighth to grab a 4-2 lead, but Rochester scored twice in the top of the ninth to tie.

Bruney struck out Rochester's Lew Ford and Jose Morales, then gave up a single to Chris Heintz and a two-run home run to Matt Macri before striking out Chris Basak to end the inning.

Scranton won the game in the bottom of the ninth when Angel Chavez singled to score Brett Gardner.
